GuildMetric is a community engagement platform that allows community owners to create and manage engagement missions, track member participation, and reward community members with points. The Platform integrates with third-party services including Discord, Twitter, and Telegram.

3. User Accounts

To use GuildMetric, you must sign in using your Discord account. By connecting your Discord account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purposes
• Abuse, harass, or harm other users
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit the points system
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Interfere with the Platform's operation or security
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform content without permission

5. Community Guidelines

Community owners are responsible for managing their communities in accordance with these Terms and any applicable laws. Community owners must not create missions that encourage illegal activities, harassment, or violation of third-party platform terms of service.

6. Points and Rewards

Points earned on GuildMetric have no monetary value unless explicitly stated by community owners. Points are community-specific and cannot be transferred between communities or users. We reserve the right to adjust or reset points in cases of abuse or technical issues.

7. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party services (Discord, Twitter, Telegram). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GuildMetric and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GuildMetric shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
